Restoring iPhone from backup? - 2

I have deleted an important note from my phone and i really need it back, so will i get it back if i restore it from the backup that I did before in computer. But then if i restore it will my current apps and all the recent notes and reminders, will they get deleted? I really don't want that to happen when i restore the phone, but i also want that note back as well as all my current information in my iPhone! I heard something about syncing before restoring?! Help fasst! Please! What should i do?

Added (1). Https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3512729 <--- i read that but its confusing, if i sync before restoring backup, will my current apps and stuffs still be on my phone as well as my deleted note?

Put it in a microwave it the radiation will make the memory card loose what it had and ultimately restore it to how it was

First of all: When was the last time you backed up your phone? After the important note was made?
If so, if you restore it then yes, it will come back.
However.
If you saved other things onto your phone after you last backed it up, it will be deleted.
If you backed your phone up after you deleted it, there's no way of getting it back.
Hope I helped!

Try to do that http://ipod.about.com/od/iphonetroubleshooting/ss/restore-iphone.htm

If you synced your iPhone before the note was deleted then you will have it back when you restore it to the back up that contains that note.

HOWEVER

when you do restore it, the phone will have only the restored data on it so any information that you have on it now you will not have once you restore it to retrieve that note

  • Why does restoring my iphone from a backup use up so many gigabytes? I have an iphone 5 and I'm trying to restore my phone from last backup. Unfortunately, the back up is cancelled about 30 minutes in because my hard disk runs out of space. I have 10 gigs left so there should be any problem with that. I went to mobilesync folder and then to the backup folder and there's one folder there. Once you click on that folder there are thousands of files in that folder that have several modified dates on them. Basically can I just delete the old dated files?
