Returning eBay Item That Arrived Damaged?
I bought an iPhone 5 on ebay for $413. It arrived not working and I opened a dispute for "item not as described". Buyer said to ship it back and I'm ready to ship it back via priority mail small flat rate box. I'm sending it through priority mail with signature confirmation, this will cost $5.25 for the shipping and $2.35 for sig confirmation my question is do I have to add insurance to this package? It will cost $8.00 for insurance and that's a lot of money just to ship back a phone that does not turn on.
As long as you properly package the phone I see no need to. I never use insurgence and I've never had a problem.

It's 2 days old & I was wondering does anyone know it I can exchange it at bestbuy because I have some scratches on the phone out of the box. Brand new & also do you think they would let me exchange for a diff color?

But after they delivered my new one, hey said "we will collect your old one in two days" it's no five days later and still nothing:/ should I wait or could I sell it in time for Christmas? Thanks for opening my question, I'm curious because I used an app called letgo and sold an iPhone 7 plus for $300. I agreed with the buyer if he showed proof of sending money via moneygram he agreed he would tell me the reference number after it delivered to him. Well it delivered and I have no contact. I have his address, if I report this too the police will they prosecute it?
