Seller on Ebay not refunding me?
I bought a Iphone 4s for $420 2 weeks ago. I received the phone 4 days ago. The phone came cracked on the back and top button wouldn't work. I contacted the seller threw email, he sent back he could not refund me the money because there was no 14 day money back. When I bought this Item it said "14 days money back". I have tried emailing the seller again and again will not reply. What do I do?
Added (1). The phone wasn't used when I purchased it the item condition said "New". Without and upgrade which I don't have an Iphone from At&t would be 600.
Make a claim through EBAY… They have a process for this…
How did you pay if you used paypal contact them and dispute the payment also contact ebay and complian.
You contact ebay/pay pal and talk to them. There's an area that talks about returns refunds to see the requirments.keep the guys email in the ebay area, do not use regular email accounts to contact him so pay pal can look at it.
You can complain to Ebay.

He granted it. I asked him if I will receive my money back and he says that the amount should auto-refund as soon as I accepted the cancelation. He said it would take 24 hrs for the money to be refunded into my account. It's been three days and I haven't received the refund. I've tried emailing him but no replies. What can I do now?

- Ebay seller left all their data on this iphone 4? I just bought an iphone 4 32gb from someone on ebay for $180 and they left all their apps, pics, contacts and videos on it. I went to swappa.com and checked the meid number and they said it was ready for activation. That's kind of annoying though. I bought a used phone from someone who did this before and it had a bad esn. I don't know if I should try to activate it or not. Its a verizon phone but I'm going to use it with pageplus Any Thoughts?
