Setting/app that automatically turns off your iPhone at specific times?

I've been having a bad problem lately of not being able to put my phone down before bed. I keep accidentally staying up till 1:00 am and I need to stop doing that. The problem is even when I use the downtime setting or that dumb clock timer trick it doesn't work cause it's to easy to ignore. I need something that'll turn my phone completely off so I can't use it at all. Anyone know of anything like that?

That would be your brain. Just set the damn phone down and go the **** to sleep.

There's no way to have the iPhone completely turn itself off. The most you can do is force it into sleep mode, but you can wake it up quickly so it's not much of a block.

There isn't a simple trick that will manage your sleep schedule for you, it's up to you.

So shut if off and put it elsewhere away from your room and then go to bed. Its not rocket science.

If you're unable to have enough self control to turn it off, there's no app in existence that is going to do it for you. You would just ignore the app like you've ignored every other warning.

You need to seek help.

It's a standard feature with most Android phones but sadly, it's not available with Samsung and Apple. It's not in the OS nor is an app available to do that.

I really miss that though where I can save power at nights. Best of all, I can sleep better without worrying about someone calling or texting when I'm in deep sleep. Anywho, if there's an emergency, there's always the landline for them to reach me.
