Should I buy a iPhone 5s or 5c?
I have a iphone 4 right now, but IIm getting Data soon… Should I stick with my phone or buy a new one? Cause I've been wanting a new one for awhile anyway. Please help!
Added (1). But the only thing I really hate about my iphone 4 is that the quality of the photos I take sucks! I have to use my dads iphone if I wanna use snapchat cause it's lagging on me and cause the quality sucks!

If you can't spot anything wrong with your existing phone, it's stupid to replace it. You get the phone that does what you want and costs no more than you'd like to pay. Your question says nothing about either of those things. Nobody can tell you what to want.
The iPhone 5s is better because the 5c does not have touch ID (which is actually really useful). The 5c also has an A6 chip inside, which is the same chip in the iPhone 5, while the 5s has a newer A7 chip. The A6 chip would become outdated faster and it's also a bit slower than the A7 chip.
In the end, the 5s definitely better than the 5c performance-wise (it is faster and has some better features), but it also costs more. I would suggest that you Google "5s VS 5c" to learn more about the differences between the two, and then choose the phone that best fits your needs.
