Should I buy a new iPhone or wait?

I'm not a big spender, but my iPhone 7's touch screen has stopped responding. Took it to a mall and they'd fix for $50 but honestly no guarantees. Should I get the iPhone 8 or wait for the next phone. I know they follow a cycle for releasing them and I don't want to buy a new one for $749 and the next day they release something better for $70 more. Appreciate it guys!

New iPhones come out every year or so that's how it is your never gonna have the newest one for long

Get it fixed. Its still a lot cheaper than a new iPhone. Also, get the battery replaced.

If you are not a big spender why are you bothering with an iPhone? You realize that having the Apple logo on the back of a phone costs you $500! The iPhone is more disposable jewelry than it is phone!

The first thing I would do is double check it you have AppleCare or Insurance on that phone.

What does your CARRIER plan offer? Apple wants to keep dolling out iPhones… And they are not meeting expectations… So CONTACT your providers for any deals. KEEP the 7 (get it fixed) and use it for backup.

  • Should i get the new xperia z2 coming out or wait for a new iphone? I have an iphone 5 right now and i'm thinking of getting the new xperia Z2 soon which one would be better the new iphone series coming out or the xperia z2?

Last year i bought an iphone 5 with a 2 year contract i still got a year more till my contract ends but what if i buy the 5s its got a fingerprint scanner and the first phone in the world to be a 64 bit and its got an a7 chip but i don't think there's that much difference. If i wait for the 6 there will be a lot of difference between the 5 and 6 and i heard there might be a holographic keyboard. Which one the 5s or 6?
  • Should I buy the new iPhone 5, or wait until November for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2? I'm really tempted to get the iphone 5 right now, because I really want to switch out of my blackberry. I've never used an android phone, and I'm sick of the apple ios. The ios is too simple and plain. I was going to get the galaxy note but then I heard rumors of the Samsung Galaxy note 2. Should I risk getting the iPhone 5 and not regret it or wait 1 and a half months for the Galaxy Note 2?
  • Should i buy the new iPhone 5 now, or wait for my contract to expire? I have an iPhone 3GS and my contract expires in March. I'm thinking of adding a new line and getting the iPhone 5 on that, and then cancel my iPhone 3GS's line in March. My carrier is AT&T. How much would it cost to have the additional line on my account for the next 5 months? I'm also INCREDIBLY impatient if thats a factor haha.
