Should I buy a Nokia Lumia 521?

I've been wanting a new decent phone for cheap. I don't need anything fancy like an Iphone really, I have an ipod touch 5th gen and just use Wi-Fi on it when I can. However, I like to use my phone to go on facebook or other things while I'm on the bus and want a phone that has a decent battery life. I'm a college student so I don't have much money which is why I want something cheap, but is this phone worth it?

Yes, it is a very good budget smartphone. All windows phones, no matter how cheap are fast. While cheap Androids are slow. I'm not sure about the battery life but you can check reviews for the Lumia 520 (same phone just available to other carriers). There are a good number of apps. If you use instagram download 6tag. And don't download the YouTube app made by Microsoft because google blocked it. Just make sure you show it off because Windows Phone is great, just not very popular. I have the Lumia 920: D. Also for free apps download myappfree, store deals and app deals. They give you free apps and games every day. If you download games, they appear in your games live tile on the home screen.
