Should I buy an iPhone 5c that is blacklisted?

I'm on ebay and there's an phone 5c for $300 but it is blacklisted in canada

You need to figure out what phone company he had. A blacklisted phone in the US is basically an iPod because all major US phone companies share a database of black listed IMEI numbers. One black listed in the US it can't be switched to any US phone company. I would double check on that. But for 300 you're basically getting a really nice iPod because you'll only be able to use Wi-Fi. I guess it would be worth it.

No it is obviously not worth it. You can get a used mint cond iPhone 5c for 350 here in Canada that is not blacklisted anywhere
