Should I buy the iPhone 5C or 5? - 1

Which one do you think is better? Honestly I know I'm being superficial but people keep calling the 5c cheap looking and I don't want a phone I'll regret buying at the end. + I'm kinda scared of the plastic back, I'm usually careful with my phones, but what if i scratch it or something? On the plus side, it has a better battery and is slightly faster than the 5 at the same price. Any ideas?

Added (1). I didn't say 5s, I said 5c. I can't afford a 5s.

I have 5 I'm just going to wait for the 6. But if you were to pick between the 5c and 5s I'd pick the 5s bc it has more features. The 5c I thought looked cheap but when I actually saw it in person it's actually a pretty nice phone. I think it's the same as the 5 though just has colors. If I had to pick I'd get 5s but if you can wait I'd wIt for iphone 6.

Well first of all you should look at your budget? Is it worth it spending on which phone. Second of all you should look at the speed. Yes the 5c and 5s are pretty fast, but think about if it's worth buying either one. I have the 5c and it works great! Even though the 5s is a little better it's pretty much the same thing. And last is the looks, do you want something colorful and chic, or something elegant and modern. Think about these things and then you just might get yourself the right phone.

In answer to your question, I would go with the 5. I personally much prefer the look and feel of the 5 to the 5c. I do believe that the 5c looks cheap and it certainly feels cheap to hold.

Also, the 5c is not faster than the 5 at all. They have the exact same processor. The 5c does have slightly larger battery and dual camera flash. Those are the only differences. Also, apple no longer stocks the 5 as it has been replaced by the 5c.

I recommend buying the iPhone 5c cause its a better phone than the iPhone 5 and plus it is newer. I at first thought it was cheap plastic but when you feel it and hold it, you can see that it is immaculately made. It is also heavier than the iPhone 5 thus the plastic is not the cheapest plastic Apple could find, its rather a good material. Here is a side by side comparison of both phones
