Should I get Iphone 3gs or save up more to get iphone 4?

3gs is pretty cheap nowdays and it looks nice actually. I want to use it for whatsapp, kik, instagram, fb. But I'm not sure is this model completely outdated and i should go for 4?

Go go the 4 as apple will stop support go the 3GS when the 5s and 5c come out this month with iOS 7

Buy an Android. Trust me! You won't regret it. Just buy a good Android phone.

Well save but don't buy the ip4. The performance wasn't good and you can get a better android phone for the same price. But if you want ios and use the front facing camera save for the iphone 4.
the 3gs dosent have a frontfacing camera and the normal camera is not as good as the i4.
the 3gs has mutch worse screen resolution than the iphone 4.

No, the 3GS is not outdated since it can run the latest iOS 6.1.3.It will not get iOS 7 however, so for that reason at the least, you should try to save up for the iPhone 4. Make note though despite that the 3GS not getting iOS 7 doesn't mean apps will immediately stop working for it.

  • Will buying more iCloud space let me download more apps, songs, and photos? So i have deleted apps that i don't really need and deleted songs i don't listen to but still there's not enough space to even take a photo, A pop up comes up that says to manage my icloud storage. Would purchasing more icloud storage allow me to download more apps and have more songs and pictures on my iPhone 4 from sprint? It is an 8gb i think.
  • Which one would save more power charging a phone? 1.) Charging the iPhone with a USB hooked to a desktop that is in use. OR 2.) Charging the iPhone from an outlet with the USB and box?
  • Where does the iPhone 3GS save SMS messages? I'd guess to the phone memory, only I'm putting my sim in a Nokia while I fix my iPhone, and I don't want the texts to carry over. Also will any texts I receive on the Nokia carry back over to the iPhone when I put my sim back in?
  • More you use an app the more space it takes up on iPhones and iPads? I have an iPad and new iPhone 5 that I just got. I have rhapsody on both the same app and amount of music basically (iPad as seven more songs on app) but on the iPad the rhapsody app takes up 2.8 GB and the iPhone takes up 1.8GB. Why is that? The more use the app the more space it takes up even if you're not adding new content?
