Purchase iPhone 5s if your in budget but if you have money go for iPhone 6. Iphone 6 uses NFC and newer hardware. It has also a bigger screen than iPhone 5s but it's (iPhone 6) screen is the average screen of todays smartphones or maybe smaller (because some smartphones uses 5 inches +). But if you don't mind their sizes and if you want a more compact phone, iphone 5s is on the go. Note that theirs only a slight difference between the two.

5S is a really good phone, but it depends what you want to spend as its $79 at walmart on contract right now.
5s, the 6 is the same just bigger.
