Should i replace the back of my iPhone 4 before i sell it?
It cracked last year, but I just put a screen protector over it and continued using it. Now my contract is up, and I'm selling it&getting the iPhone 5. Should I replace the back glass (since its easy to replace) before selling it, or would that cost more? Which would be cheaper?
Yea it would make you more money if you replaced it. You can get the parts cheap on eBay, and like you said, its really easy to replace.
I don't think people would want to get a cracked iPhone. And if you fix it, it would be worth more than it is now. I say fix it.
Do you mean the back plate glass? You can have a look here, not expensive
Yeah it's definitely worth it, having cracks on any part of your iPhone will turn buyers off. I replaced mine before I sold it, but I used iScreensFix.com's replacement guide. All I did was follow along, and I had it replaced really quickly. At least that way I knew I was following a professional guide, and couldn't go wrong.
- Back of my iphone is smashed, is it easy to replace the back myself? So. I'm in idiot and dropped my Iphone on hard flooring in my bathroom. The front is fine, luckily. Otherwise I would of flipped out. I need to know if it is easy to replace the back, i've heard of multi color backings as well. Anyone know if this is easy and if there's a place online I can buy a new back?
- Should I take my sim card out before I sell my iphone? I just bought out my contract from my phone carrier and got the phone unlocked, and now I want to sell it. So should I take the sim card out when I sell it or leave it in?
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- Is it worth replacing my cracked iphone back before i sell it? I have just got the iphone 5 and i want to sell my iphone 4 to mobile exchange they offered around £130 for it in working condition but when i emailed and said it has a small crack on the back they said the price could go down to £46 depending on how bad, but i need to send it off for them to asses. My question is, i can get the back repaired for £15 and then send it off, but will this be cheaper then sending it with the damage? Anyone had the same problem? Cheers!
