Should I take my iPhone to Best Buy or AT&T?
My phone has crashed. All these numbers and computer lingo popped up in the top left corner and it will not come off that screen. It reads "error, unclean shutdown". At one point the screen was completely red. I purchased my phone at Best Buy but my service is through AT&T. Does it matter who I take my phone to for replacement or repairs?
Who has the maintenance contract on the actual phone? Best Buy is more likely to have a service person, or at least af list of service companies, than can take your phone apart and repair it. This could get very expensive unless there's a total reboot option available.
Uncommon but it does happen. Most likely a hardware issue. BB is an authorized Apple reseller so they can probably make repairs. ATT will just sell you another. Hope you have insurance.

- Should I buy an iPhone 6 Plus in the US and take it back to the UK? My friend is a pilot and goes to America a lot, I was wondering about asking him to buy me an iPhone 6 Plus over I the US and bring it back for me as it is cheaper over there (disregarding tax). Will the iPhone work in the UK? Will she have to pay tax when taking it over? I already have a sim that I use in my iPhone 4s, will I need a new one? I'm assuming that the size for a sim has been reduced aswell.
