Should i trust my iphone camera or my mirror?

Ok so i do not not know which one to believe. I'm a male and i look pretty amazing in mirrors, like you could see my abs, my chest muscles, and my biceps pretty well in pictures. But when someone takes a picture of me i look like crap. My chest would look flat, i look too skinny, my abs would seem out of place and my arms look small. What should i trust? I really do not know how i should look at myself, i don't know if i should believe my iphone camera or my mirror

There's no definite image of you, you have to accept that fact, more so how people see you is not how you see yourself in the mirror or in photos. Having this things in mind, its worthless to ask yourself which image of yourself is "truer" there's no true image of yourself. Sorry mate you'll have to dispense with your vanity. (Btw i'm not saying not to care about your physical health, just get over it mate)
