Should the iPhone lifeproof case bottom port be a little loose?

I feel like it isn't as secure as it should be and when I submerge the phone and take it out of the water it seems as I though a little tiny drops of water got on to the yellow guard? Also I can push on the bottom port and it goes up but then returns to origanal postion? Normal?

That's normal. It moves because the yellow rubber seal is squishy, and designed that way to keep the water out. I'm guessing that when you actually open the charge port door you are flicking little drops of water onto the yellow seal.

  • Why port forwarding on port 80? I have a foscam home security camera and it needs port forwarding on port 80 if I want to use my iphone to view it from outside. Surely enough, it works as soon as I open that port. But isn't port 80 open by default? Else how could I view http websites in the first place. I don't get it. It's already open so why open it again?
  • Which iPhone 5 LifeProof case should I get? Nüüd or Frē? I'm about to trade in my old iPhone 3gs and 3 to get an iPhone 5 from AT&T, and I was wondering whether the nüüd or the frē was better? I'm more of an suburban and rural user, with rare urban use. Which would be better? I need waterproof, which comes on both, but I'm not a frequent phone dropper. I just want to know, which would be better? With the Frē, I notice that there's no screen protecter, and I was wondering if that was a downfall to that.
  • What should I do about my iPhone Lifeproof case? I have a iPhone 5s and a black life proof case. So today I left it in the bottom of my bag and there are all these scratches and marks on it. I Don't want to deal with that for as long as I have the phone. Is there a way to get rid of the scratches? Or email life proof?
  • What case should I get for the iPhone 5? Lifeproof or Otterbox Armor? I'm not concerned about price, which one do you like better? I know the Lifeproof case is thinner, but the Otterbox seems more durable.
