Simpsons tapped out log in
Hi, I updated the app last week and since I have not been able to log in.
I have an iPhone 5s.
The app loads up - asks me to log in, the donut spins as if it's logging in, but then it just shuts and goes back to my home screen on the phone? Been on EA website - no joy

I had a similar problem with The Sims Freeplay. What happened was I didn't play for a while and after several updates my online save file wouldn't load.
The reason for this was that EA had changed the format of the save game, and because of me not playing for a while - and subsequently update the save file - the game wouldn't load.
Perhaps this is your issue. I was unable to find a solution to this and had to start over.
- Simpsons Tapped Out Signing in issues I have been played Tapped out on my Iphone for months now with no problems. However I just got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and downloaded the game so I can play on my tablet instead. When i try to play on my tablet it tries to make me start the game right from the beginning instead of giving me the option to sign in with an existing account. Does anyone know how i can just sign in?

- Simpsons tapped out not loading? Is anyone else having this problem? I have an iPhone 5 and after I downloaded the valentines update I was able to do the first two quests then I tried playing again later and after I tapped to continue the donut would just stop. I left it there for a good five minutes just to see if it was the server but my friend has an iPhone 4S and he was able to play. I also tried deleting and reinstalling the app. That didn't work either. After a full reboot also nothing.
