Since latest Apple update on my Iphone 7 the phone will only vibrate when I get texts or calls?
I checked the settings and they're still set for the sounds, the volume is up, the phone is not on night. What is going on?
Ask Apple, they released the update.
Try choosing another ringtone or another text tone! Then test it and see if it works
Try restarting the phone to see if that helps. If not try a restore.
Try reset network settings
Did you check the ring/silent switch on the side of the phone?
- What's the difference between vibrate, silent, and muted volume when receiving calls? For the Iphone 4s. If I have my volume up (ie watching videos will tha make it ring.) Basically I don't want it to ring or vibrate, but I want it to have volume for other things.
- My iphone won't vibrate even though vibrate is turned on? I have an iPhone 3gs and it worked fine until I updated it (ios 6). My phone, when on silent mode, won't vibrate when I get a message. In settings, everything is turned on, the vibrate part is selected. When the button (above the volume) is not on silent and then is flicked down to silent (vibrate) mode, it vibrates. However, it does not vibrate when I receive a message? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
- My iphone 5s won't restart since I tried to update my phone with ios11 last night & I guess my phone ran out of battery in the middle When I try to turn my phone on its shows the apple logo & then a logo showing itunes with charging option comes up. I tried looking over solutions over the interent but can't find any. Is there any way I can reset my phone or sth else that can be helpful?
- My iphone 5 won't vibrate for texts? For some reason my iphone 5 thats only about 2 months old doesn't vibrate when I receive a text. It vibrates fine for calling but when I receive a text the phone doesn't light up or vibrate I have to open the phone and see it in the messages. What do you think the problem is?
