Snapchat help! What should I do?
I have an iPhone 4 and no matter how long I hold down the blue button, the video will not record. And I have made videos before. All of a sudden it just stopped working. What could be wrong and what should I do?
Double click home button and ex out the app and restart it, i believe you arent supposed to hold it donw just press it once
Try deleting your app and then reinstalling it.
- Snapchat Video Help. It won't play? I have a LG-MS695 Android, when I use Snapchat, i can send and receive photos with iphone users fine. However when it comes to sending and viewing videos, i can't do it. I can't see the videos that people send me from their iphone, and they can't see mine.
