Added (1). I can log in on my ipad but my semi-tethered jailbroken iphone 5s on ios 9.3 won't let me login it will only say could not connect check connection and try again later how do I fix this?

I tried uninstalling the app and nothing changed. I also double checked my push notification settings, and they are the same as before. I also have the iphone 5c if that helps. - My snapchat won't let me record and send videos? So I have an iPhone 4s, and I recently got the update in which you can send videos to friends. The problem is that my phone won't record a video. I know that you are supposed to press and hold the camera button, but whenever I do that, the screen just turns black and there's no video recorded. I can receive videos just fine, I'm just having problems taking the video. Also, I've tried deleting and then redownloading the app.
