Solar power iphone charger case?

Yes it exists. But i'm looking up the good things about solar powered charger cases for my ap environmental science project. Its about making an advertisment of something like "green technology" and how its good good for the environment instead of polluting and wasting.

You answered your own question. Of course it helps the environment and lessens pollution but the amount it helps the environment is trivial compared to the way cars are causing global warming. A phone with a solar panel case is probably the worst way to help the environment. The energy and materials it took to make that case and solar panel pollutes more than you ll be saving. Phones, though they take a long time to charge, don't use much energy. The energy bill of one phone in a year is about 41 cents per year. Now think how much a car uses in gasoline, how many gallons, how many pounds? Where is all those tons of gasoline going? Into the air. An iPhone case with a solar panel will not help the environment in any significant way. It will maybe be more convenient for charging your phone if you spend a lot of time outside but most people don't.

From what I've read you have to leave it in the sun all day long just to get very little use out of it. Not very feasible but thats just what I read, I guess its ok if you are out camping and need to get some charge.
