Someone is stealing money from my credit card?
My mom has had Android Galaxy phones for awhile, recently she changed to an iphone becasue she broke the Galaxy. She's been receiving emails about Google Play saying someone has bought games and such. It's been going on for about 2 weeks, we thought it was my little brother but we hid everything and now she got another email saying someone bought something on Google Play that was $24. I want to know if there's any way to take my moms credit card number and account out of the other devices and how.

- ITunes Gift card instead of Credit Card? I found some things that i have been wanting on the iTunes store but i do not have a credit card registered with my account. If i were to buy an iTunes gift card, would that work in lieu of the credit card requirement? Also, the apps that i want to get are for the iPhone. Would buying an app with the gift card affect the plan with the phone in any way?
- How to register an apple id for iphone without credit card and itunes gift card? Way back, there was no itunes gift card option and there was an option for "none" in payment method. I paid for a iPhone 5 unlock about a week ago, they claimed to have it unlocked 24-48 hours of purchase, it's been over a 2 days already… I tried to contact them through email, Skype, etc. And they DO NOT respond what so ever.
