Sony xplod speakers to iphone 3.5mm jack?

I have a speaker of sony xplod 100w & 4ohm. What i really wanna ask is that is there any way to just connect my speaker with the 3.5mm jack assembly wire! And the real thing is that i get really low sound and if there's any way that i can increase its output(speaker) (phone volume is full).

what i did was that i cut my aux wire, connected those two striped ends with two pannels of the speaker and played the song with the jack inserted in my iphone and the song played but the volume is very low… Any way to increase the out put of the speaker?

urgent help needed!

You need an amplifier, period.

There's no way to make your iPod supply the audio power to drive that speaker directly.

There's no way for to increase the volume of the spakers.

  • Which Camera to Buy: Sony WX350 or Sony WX220? I'm looking to purchase a camera for my upcoming vacation. I currently use my iPhone 6 to take all my photos and want something a little better. I have done some research and it seems like Sony makes pretty good cameras. The most important factors to me are image quality and price. I'm looking to spend $220 max. Please let me know which of the two you would recommend, unless you there's something else better.
  • What's the pinout from RJ-11 to 3.5mm? I'm making an adapter for a PCMCIA modem that connects it's 2-pin RJ-11 jack to an iPhone's 3.5mm headset jack, so I can make dial up connections on the road. The problem I'm encountering is the former's lack of a ground connection, so I don't know what I should connect to what. Any ideas? I'm leaving for a trip in a day or two, so any pointers would be appreciated.

  • Loud speakers that connect through headphone jack for iPhone 4s? Phone got wet, works perfectly except for sounds, which only work when headphones are on. Are there any loud speakers that can connect to the headphone jack of a 4s? Would a normal loud speaker that connects through the dock connector work, like the iHorns?
