Spotify or Rdio for iphone music app?
I used mog and just recently switched to beats, since the shut down of mog. I hate beats. Takes up way too much space. Would Spotify or Rdio be a better choice? Or is there a better not as well known app out there.
Spotify has approx. 15 million songs in their library, which Rdio has around 12 million. (Google it).
So, Spotify has more song choices (they both have the current hot songs though), but Spotify has more ads (you can pay to get no ads).
I chose Rdio because it still has all the great songs I enjoy, and less ads.
I heart radio has 50 million users but spotify has the best wuality snd more choices than rdio.
- Which takes up more space on my iPhone: a song in the music app or a song downloaded from Spotify? Assuming it's the same song, obviously, using the default quality settings for each. I need more space on my phone, and want to see if I can save space in the music department.
- What's better, Apple Music or Spotify? I've used Spotify for over a year now. I love it. I pay $9.99 a month for it. Any time I don't have internet, I still have my music on my iPhone. And the sound quality is absolutely astounding at Extreme(320kbps). However, Apple Music seems like a great service as well, but I'm a bit stand-offish to switch. What are your thoughts? Does Apple Music have the same sound quality? Does it have offline listening? Etc…
- Storing Spotify music on iPhone for free? I have a Spotify account on my computer, and was wondering if there was a way I could sync my phone to this account without having to pay for a Spotify account but still keeping the songs on my phone. Sort of confusing, but thanks to anyone who can help!
- Just got Spotify Premium. Switched the music quality to extreme, and the quality isn't good? There must be something that I have to do because the quality sounds the same, even though I switched it to extreme. I made sure that I wasn't imagining it - I played my iTunes copy and it sounded so much better. This is the iPhone app, if that matters. What's the solution?
