Sprint 14-Day Exchange Policy?

I just got an iPhone 5c but I want to exchange it for the 5s. According Sprint's web site, the policy states that I have 14 days to exchange my phone starting the day it was activated. But it doesn't say if I have to also return the container, and headphones, and apple stickers it came with. Does anyone know how this works? Do I have to return everything, like that way I bought it? And let's say, for instance, I lost the case or the headphones, what would happen?

If you want to exchange the phone, you have to return everything that came with the phone.

  • Will Apple Retail Stores refill stock one day after launch day? If in any way an Apple Retail store runs out of stock after launch day of the new iPhone 6, is there any chance that by the next day there will be new stock already again? Or does sold out mean = sold out for a few weeks.
  • What is does the 90 day iPhone hardware policy include? I accidentally dropped my iPhone and it shattered and the whole front of it's came off and the bit to charge it is bent. My phone isn't that old and I don't have insurance. Will apples warranty cover the damage of this since the phones only 3 months old?
  • What is Apples policy on fixing Iphones? My phone may have minor water damage. When I charge the phone, it will not turn on, but it does warm up from the charge. When I plug it into my Mac, an error message shows up saying "The USB device is using to much power, we have disabled it, to prevent damage to your computer", which shows me that there's some life left in my Iphone 4S. Will Apple fix a phone if I do not have insurance through my provider? Also, are there any tips/ideas as to what could be wrong with my phone?
