How to back up old stuff onto new iPhone 5? - 1
Just got an iPhone 5 for Christmas, and I need to transfer my old stuff from my old iPhone to my new phone. I already have my contacts cause the guy from the Verizon store did it for me but he said I need to transfer it myself from my computer. I think I have an idea on how to back it up and stuff but I don't wanna mess it up and lose everything haha. So if anyone who's done this help step through step to transfer all my old stuff onto my new phone?
Use iTunes.
Backup the old iPhone
Restore from that back up on the new iPhone
Plug your old iPhone in and click on it when it pops up. Click the back up option. When it is finished, plug in your iPhone 5. Click the restore button and click restore from backup. Click the most recent one and bam.
- New iphone and syncing to a used macbook (which old iphone was synced onto)? I'm thinking about getting the new iphone 6 but id be syncing it to my macbook pro, i'm just wondering if i would lose my photos i have stored on there, or would they sync onto my new phone, and can i stop this? I'm giving my 5s to my mum and ill be deleting the photos and everything on there so itll be new for her to use. Can someone who's good with this sort of thing help me out?!

- If I replace my iPhone 4 can I get my pictures and stuff back onto it? My lock button recently got stuck. So I might be getting it replaced at the closest Verizon store. If I do, can they somehow get all my pictures, apps, and contacts onto it somehow?
- How to sync All of my stuff onto my Macbook from my old iPhone including All apps? Including cribbage, Angry Birds, whatsapp and etc? EVERYTHING? And from there onto my new iPhone? I go to iTunes and do what it says but I can't seem to get anything on iTunes but their STORE and the syncing part. I remember there being a page exclusively for all of this. I don't want the store? And when I plug my iPhone in, iTunes used to pop up automatically and now I have to do it manually. That's not a problem. Just sayin.
