Stupid decision but here I'm?

So I was on this site seeking arrangement,
Basically a site for sugar babies etc. Well a man willingly sent me his account info and told me to pay my credit card. Didn't seem weird since that's what the site is for. Well the next day he told me that I have to go buy $1000 worth of iTunes cards or he's reporting fraud on his account. Since he willingly gave me the info and I have proof of such can he even do anything?

Ignore him.

He needs to prove fraud beyond reasonable doubt. Fraud is deliberate deception to get money.

Since that didn't happen, don't worry about it.

But that doesn't stop him from "reporting" it. He can report it all he likes. What he can't do is prove it.

So he probably won't report it, but if he does, don't worry about it.

I agree, with Charles, sounds like he's just trying to scare you and he can't prove what he's threatening.

It is a scam, but you DO owe whatever you charged against his account.
If there's a next time, remember to NEVER use an account unless you are listed as an authorized user, no matter what the account owner says.

Just keep a record of all the interactions you've had with him and tell him to go ahead and report it as fraud. Then just ignore him.

It is his fraud so tell him to report it as you have his approval of your actions documented.

Why on earth do you think it was his account info?

If someone gave you someone else's account info, which is what usually happens, then the person whose account info was stolen can, and should, report the fraud, and you're the one who is going to get in trouble, since you are the one who used the stolen info, and the real owner did not give you the info, willingly or otherwise.

Can you prove he did it willingly?
