If you r buying a new phone go for sony xperia z1 or ultra ze coz both the cell are best new launched cell phones
if buying a second hand go foh galaxy s4 as itz one the best smart fones.
ihph 5 nly has good looks but a good expirence is in android.

Ios7 is way better than previous ios 6 (coming closer to android by copying android: P )
Very smooth os and safe too

Reasons not to buy iphone 5
Gets scrathes scuffs very easily so it will look bad after a couple of months
Still restricted os
No file manager
No transfer over bluetooth or Wi-Fi direct
Expensive for what it really offers
Non expandable memory

ROMS (3rd party android layer)
Nfc Wi-Fi direct
Infrared port (my fav one this means you can use your phone as a universal remote and no Wi-Fi or connecting is required it works just as a remote )

More resistant to drops
Its cheaper n hell worth

Reasons not to buy s4
Maybe you won't like what people say "cheap" plastic built but its good according to me
Resale won't be so good after a long time of use

I can't figure out more negatives in s4
