Suspect got caught after robbing me, now what?
This guy placed a fake ad online for an iphone 7 plus, i told him to meet me at a public place which he did, n still decided to rob me gunpoint, couple weeks pass by n they caught him. So he took a good amount of cash from me. Will i get that money back? I need the money he robbed from me how do i do it.
It depends.
Speak with the police dept or the cops. They will most likely refer you to the DAs office.
Why don't you ask the police what happens next and how you should go about getting your money back? They ARE the ones handling the case, after all. Don't you think they would be able to answer any questions you may have better than people on YA?
Request the money from the court and if that doesn't work sue him for it AFTER he is convicted of the robbery.
- What will happen if I got caught doing this? My phone contract had recently ended and can't get new upgrade as its v, expensive! So I have to stick with this broken iPhone for another year! However I feel angry that my mom won't let me upgrade and I really want to use my moms cards and details to secretly buy a new phone contract. So what will happen if they find out that this isn't me?
- Suspect spouse is using a Texting app to cheat I pay the bills and lately I've noticed that he has some incoming and outgoing texts with his own phone number. Why would he text himself, so I suspect he has some texting app. Wondering if anyone out there has an iphone with At&T, uses KIK, Whatsapp or any other kind of texting app, and if your online bill shows your own number as an incoming text.
- I suspect spyware or malware on my iPhone? If I did a factory reset and erase all content and settings would that get rid of any potential spyware or malware on my iPhone. I've been trying to find an answer on the internet but the only abnoxious answer I get is, "IPhone can't get viruses." With out any reason as to why iPhones can't get viruses. I also read somewhere that IPhones can indeed get viruses so if I did get one of some sort how could I get rid of it?
