Switching Sim-card from iPhone to HTC?
I recently went swimming with my iPhone from and now i need a replacement. Since Apple is stingy, I'm going to get a non-contract HTC phone and move my iphone 4 sim card in to that. Would that work?
Yes it will work provided the HTC is either not network locked or on the same network. Also depending on your iPhone it will have a micro or a nano sim. You may need to get an adapter to fit it in the HTC if it takes a full size sim. Not a problem - they have them in every phone store - or if you ask your network that may just replace your sim with one of the right size

- When switching my sim to an iphone do I have to wait for the sim to shut off first? I'm transferring my number from a normal sim to a micro sim for my new iphone. I did what they told me to do in the shop and now i'm to wait for my original sim to lose signal before i can put the new one into the iphone. Is it okay for me to go ahead and do that before the original sim loses signal or do I have to wait?
