Syncing iPhone Won't Work Waiting For Items To Copy?

I have been trying to sync my apps/data to my PC and it goes through all the steps but then gets stuck on the final "Waiting For Items To Copy" It has been like this for a while, yes I have the latest IOS and iTunes,
Can anyone help?

  • My iTunes won't let me drag items to my iPhone? I have my iTunes open. My iPhone is connected and I synced it, I add a file and go to recently added items. Usually, it lets me drag the file over to my iPhone but now it just won't let me. Any ideas?
