Teens-having a problem with my Iphone 5s?

For my birthday 1 week ago my mum bought me a Iphone 5s… It's not on contract and it's from EE and I'm on T-Mobile. I think it's 4G pay as you go or something…

Anyways I want to try and get one of those Monthweb where you pay £5 and get internet for a whole month as I can't use the internet when I go out anywhere so I can't speak to my friends on wattsapp or do anything.

But if I text MONTHWEB to 441 which is what you have to do to get it… They keep telling me to please try again… Why?

I did go to the EE shop yesterday when I was walking past it and I explained to them what happened but unfortunately the problem hasn't been solved. I was speaking to this Indian lady on the phone and she sent me a link that I had to follow it said things like 1. Turn off my Wi-Fi 2. Switch to EE something and something else… But it still didn't work.

And yesterday I texted 150 to AL and it said my current allowance is £5 but I get unlimited calls and text. So when I texted someone and checked my current balance it was £4.88 or something… What the hell is going on?

And how the hell did I end up getting unlimited calls and text. But when I texted someone in the morning they took 12p off but after 12 o clock when I texted someone else… They didn't take any money off.

  • Why do teens make fun of me for not having an iPhone? I can afford an iPhone but i choose not to buy one because i'm very clumsy so i have a flip phone. Someone in class walked around asking for an iPhone charger to borrow and i said i don't have one and they said "oh yeah… That's because you don't have an iPhone" The tone in which that person said it really bothered me but i didn't say anything back. Does she think she's better than me because she has an iPhone?

I'm really confused because I know when I got a call and if I missed it my phone icon would have a circle that's red with a white 1 in it. Have you ever received a voicemail without getting the actual phone call on the iPhone?
