Why do teens make fun of me for not having an iPhone?
I can afford an iPhone but i choose not to buy one because i'm very clumsy so i have a flip phone. Someone in class walked around asking for an iPhone charger to borrow and i said i don't have one and they said "oh yeah… That's because you don't have an iPhone" The tone in which that person said it really bothered me but i didn't say anything back. Does she think she's better than me because she has an iPhone?
Having an iPhone is a non existent status symbol. If all you want to do is make or receive an occasional call, a flip phone is fine. People think spending stupid money for yesterdays latest gadget makes them look like they are on top of things. Since nobody really needs an iPhone, if you don't want one, don't waste the money to buy one.
If you do get one put a case on it so you don't break it.
- Would you make fun of someone because they got the iPhone 5c? I wanna get the iPhone 5c but i'm worried what people will say about me that I'm poor and i can't afford the regular iPhone. Would you make fun of someone if they had the 5c?
- Why do some teen with iPhones make fun of people who don't have one? Like I would get it if you were an adult and you paid for the iPhone. But teens and kids? No! Most teens do not pay the bill for their iPhone so why should they make fun of other teens who don't have one?
- Why do so many teens buy iphones? I mean other phones can text and call friends and family exactly the same. Is it because of the games and apps, because if not then I think people are just wasting money to look 'Cool'.
- Teens! Why would you buy the iphone 6 plus? Like why teenagers buy it. like your going to look like a psychopath calling people and talking on it. and its going to be so hard to text in class with out getting caught… and your parents will be able to read your messages caz the screens so big they will be able to see your screen when your using it… the iphone 6 plus is alot bigger than the galaxy s5 dumb asssss
