Tethering with iphone 5c jailbroken?
I have an iphone 5c ios7 with sprint's unlimited data plan. I jailbroke my phone and want to tether my service to other devices. So I bought thetherme and want to know if anything will happen if i use it. I been looking on the internet and it only mentions att and verision. Any responses would help.
I don't know about tetherme, but PDANet works just fine for free, and you can hide tethering
- Would their be any Wi-Fi tethering apps on a jailbroken iPhone 3GS? Apart from paid apps (MyWi) and useless apps (PDANet), would their be any free wi-fi tethering apps on the Cydia store. I will appreciate and value your responses.
- Tethering iPhone to computer on Wi-Fi - does this use data? So the internet in my room is terrible, but for some reason my iPhone connects just fine. When I tether my iPhone (connected to Wi-Fi) to my macbook, the internet works. Because I'm using Wi-Fi on my iPhone while tethering, is this using data?
- Is tmobile tethering the same as mobile hotspot? Because on the tethering it doesn't have a price but on hotspot it's the same will they charge you if you tether with a unlocked iPhone 4 on monthly 4g?
- Is there a certain kind of Laptop required when tethering Wi-Fi to it by iPhone? I have an iPhone 6s (if that matters) and I'm looking for a laptop for work. I work from home, with Wi-Fi, but landed a 2nd job babysitting full time. They do not have Wi-Fi in their home. I heard I can tether internet to a laptop from my phone while I'm there- but I'm unsure if that applies to all laptops, certain kinds, or ones with certain features.
