Texting app between different countries?
So I'm going to Europe for 3 weeks with a group of students that I don't know. I need an app for my iPhone that lets me texts my friends and family in america for free. Also it can't be something like kik that has to be on a smart phone. I need something that people can receive on regular phones as well.

- Using an IPhone when moving to different countries? If I brought an iPhone say from apple out right for 529 in the UK and then moved to Australia could I use the same iPhone on their service providers? Can then could I move to the US can change service providers again without changing the phone I bought in the UK?
- Two different computers, two different iTunes.can I use the same Apple ID? I have iTunes on my computer that I use for my iPhone, and my mon just got an iPod Touch and wants me to fill it for her. I'm going to use her computer to do this, which currently does not have iTunes. Once I download iTunes, can I use my own Apple ID to download songs and apps onto her iPod? Is it possible to do that without disturbing what's on my phone, or do I have to make a whole new iTunes account for her?
- Texting notification to the person I'm texting? How do I change on my iPhone 5s so the person I'm texting doesn't see that I'm texting them with the bubble
- Texting between iPhone and different phone? Is texting between an iPhone and a different phone (say a Samsung Galaxy) free and possible? My sister said that she tried to text her friend from iPhone to a different phone but it didn't work…
