Lock button on my iphone 4s is stuck, how can i fix it?
I can still lock the phone if i use a lot of force. I got it about 12 months ago
You should be fine with the type of canned air for computer keyboards, etc. But if you are worried about getting liquid from the canned air I suggest you just go to someone that has an air compressor with a good air tip and use it instead.
In my case it worked, but like others have suggested it may be that the switch is shot and no amount of anything will help. If this is the case, maybe, you can use the warranty.
- Stuck iPhone 4 lock button! Stuck/Stripped screws Okay so, I've had this stupid panda case on my phone and it jammed my lock button. It still works if you push super hard from the side, but no clicking sound. I saw how to fix it by opening my phone up but the screws won't come out no matter what! I tried a screwdriver alone, with duct tape, rubber band, double sided tape, everything! I don't have a warranty on my phone, and I'm looking for a super inexpensive (>$5) way to fix it, any ideas?
