There has to be a way to access this Wi-Fi network right?

My school has 2 separate networks, a guest server for our personal devices, and a regular server for school equipment and teachers. I was using our schools iPads and saw that the ipad was connected to the regular network. The regular network won't let my iPhone join. I have all the info from the network (ip, etc). Given all this, is there a way to join that network?

The system admin is a whole lot more intelligent than you think he is.

You have what you call "all the info from the network" but clearly you do not. The school has a system that is designed to permit only authorized devices that meet very tight admission criteria as it should. You just do not have "all the info from the network" nor do you understand network administration or the system.

Keep out, what you are trying to do is illegal in most parts of the world.

People, especially ignorant students, think the IP is like an access. No way. You'll need an authorized username and Wi-Fi password. Without it, no way. You might try to kidnap a teacher and waterboard him or her. Be careful with on-campus security and police. They might make you cry and barf.

  • No Apple devices can access the iTunes or app stores on my home network? This is an odd problem I haven't encountered before. The internet is fully functional, but whenever I try to access iTunes or the app store on my iPad, iPhone, or sister's iPad, it says "can't connect to iTunes store."
  • Looking for a way to evenly share network speed in a house network? So my problem is that I play games online, that need a good ping. Whenever anyone from any other computer goes to load a video on youtube in a high quality, it takes up all the speed, gives me more than 400 ping and just pretty much cuts everyone else out. Is there a way to share the network evenly between every user? Our download speed is about 6mb/s, so if we have 4 active users, i'd like it to share it like 1.5mb/s each.
  • Is there any way I can use an AT&T iPhone 4 on the Verizon network? My friend just got the new iPhone 5 and my old phone broke so he gave me his old iPhone 4. The problem is he has the iPhone 4 from AT&T and my plan is with Verizon. I've heard its possible to unlock the phone free by calling AT&T since his 2 year contract is up with that phone, so that it can be used by any carrier. However I know AT&T uses sim cards and Verizon doesn't. Is there ANY way I can use this phone with Verizon? I have no other options for a new phone.
  • Is there a way I can access my pictures from my iPhone from a computer?
