Thoughts on my cover letter to apple?

Apple Retail Store

Dear Apple,

I'm writing to inquire about working for you as a specialist and any openings you have available. I'm really interested in working as a specialist. The first thing I realized when walked into the Apple store and bought my iPhone was that I'd really enjoy to work for the Apple store! I enjoyed the experience of buying the iPhone and the help they provided. I thought to myself, "I would defiantly enjoy having this kind of job and would greatly appreciate it very much!" I really like Apple products and the thought of working there.

I'm very enthusiastic about working at Apple and I'd give it all I have while I work. I have retail food experience helping customers everyday find what they need as well understand the issue they may have, I'm very confident in myself and believe Apple would be an enjoyable experience. Plus, I'd be willing to go through the training to learn and would be quick to learn in general. I'm outgoing, friendly, and hard working.

I enjoy communicating with different people and helping customers out. I also enjoy making sure customers get the best service they can get. I'd love telling people what they get with their purchase and greeting them as they enter the store. I love showing people new products and I also love checking out new Apple products myself. I'm usually fast at learning and figuring out new electronics and things. I enjoy working with a team, sharing ideas, figuring things out, and always ready to learn something new to add to my knowledge.

I would very much enjoy to have the opportunity to work for the Apple store and demonstrate my skills. I would be willing to learn all I must to have the qualifications to work with Apple. Also, I guarantee that I have what it takes to learn and I would enjoy having an opportunity to work with this company. If there's a position available waiting for me or a positive open, I'd love to hear from you.

Sounds great. Too much "I" though and in the first paragraphs you misspelled "definitely"
I'd recommend pasting this into word for a spell/grammar check in case I missed anything

I'd hire you. Want to come aboard the Pearl?

You should give some idea of what knowledge and experience you already have with Apple products.

It's much too long.
Employers get dozens of letters like this daily.
Everyone is enthusiastic, really want to work for Apple, enjoy communicating etc.
Stick to the basic facts of what you can do and your experience. That's all an employer wants to know

  • Will apple still cover me with their 1 year apple warranty? My uncle gave me his iPhone 4S as a gift, it has warranty until November 2013 and for some reason the phone turns off by itself about every 3 hours! The phone does not have any water damage as the water indicators are white, will apple still cover me on fixing it or giving me another one since I'm not the original owner but the phone is still under their warranty!
  • Why was my one ounce letter returned to sender? I sold some iPhone chargers. Individually they weigh less than an ounce. I put them in a white envelope. I used one postage stamp, covering 1 ounce. I got 15 of them sent back to me. The message said these envelopes are not letter rate, but small parcels. Each is $2.07 postage. I sent a lot more of these out.Am I going to get them all back? Am I getting screwed by the post office? Any info would be great.
