Tips for eating under 1000 calories a day?

I'm 16 years old and i would like to lose some more weight. Currently i weigh 100lbs and i'm 5'2. Right now i'm eating about 1300 calories a day but i'm trying to stay under

I'm actually doing the exact same thing lol. I'm about 108lb and I want to get to 105lb, so I'm eating a lot less (about 500 - 800 calories a day). But listen, even I know i'm underweight, and that what I'm doing could lead to a bad eating disorder if it gets out of hand. So let's be careful (for both our sakes). Now, first things first, are you exercising? Because dieting alone will do **** for you. It actually makes you GAIN weight! Because you're metabolism is slowing down and consuming what you're body has less more slowly. That is why you need to exercise (and also because if you just diet you will have all this extra skin, and you'll be flabby lmao). Exercise about 30-60 mins a day (I run about 5 miles a day).
You can also make an eating schedual, and swear to yourself to stick to that eating chart no matter what. (I recommend the app "MyNetDiary" if you have an iphone). But eating less calories in general will also NOT help you. You need to eat healthy, and foods that burn slower so you're less hungry throughout the day. (My diet consists of: Yogurt, Fish, Chicken, Greens, Cheerios, Fat Free Dairy, Bananas, Oranges, Strawberries, Whole Grain Toast). And if you're really craving for something sweet, drink a glass of Orange Juice. NOW, for what you said about feeling you gain weight, baby we All gain about 2lb after eating, but that's because the food's just sitting in our bellies! We haven't digested it yet! So of course the food is adding extra weight! But that will go away throughout the day! So don't worry! To take your mind off all those bad-for-you foods, that's the toughest part (my class brings in doughnuts everyday, and it's TORTURE!)… All I can say to you is… Focus on something else. Like if you're hungry but you've eaten your share already, put on some music and play a game, (I play BeJeweled to get my mind off of food lol), or watch a movie! Or talk to friends! Just DON'T THINK ABOUT FOOD, cause that will make you feel terrible! But if you're really really hungry, eat an apple! Or actually just eat some Fat Free Whipped Cream! Thats about 5 calories a table spoon!
With doing this I actually went from 120lb - 109lb in about 2 weeks. It's not HEALTHY, but it's less harmful than starving yourself, or purging. Drink lots of water, eat healthy, exercise, have fun! (:

PS Drink hot green tea too, it's 0 Calories, it's filling, and it speeds up your metabolism.
hope I helped. Let's do our best lol ~.***:D

In fact it sounds like you are "under eating." What happens is that if your body doesn't get enough calories your body puts itself in "starvation mode." Your body will lose muscle tone because you are not getting enough protein or digesting protein and holds on to every once of fat you have. I would suggest eating at least 15 to 1700 calories a day and do some cardio exercises, like jogging trails, or biking. But you need to eat more so you can convince your body you are not starving yourself.

You don't need to limit your calorie intake to loose weight. All you need to do is add more vegetables to your diet and spend at least 1 hour doing some sort of physical activity every day whether it's jump rope, going to the gym, or bike riding.

You shouldnt be eating under that, thats like insanely unhelathy to eat under that a day
