Is 890 calories too little for me to eat per day?

I want to lose a few lbs I have been hitting the gym. According to my iPhone app LoseIt- I have a calorie budget of 890 calories per day if I wish to lose 1 1/2lbs per week until June 15! People say its too little but everybody is differnt. I can't eat the recommended amount of calories per day because its just way too much for my body…

Well you obviously know what's best for you then 890 calories of nothing a day. So if thats what you think iland it sounds like your not changing it then do that. But you know in the back of your mind you want more or else you wouldn't be asking this question.

You, re not getting enough to eat. Your height and weight indicate that you, re obsessing with no real reason. If you don, t have an eating disorder, you, re on the way to one.

Try eating 1, 000 and exercise a bit more. Just make sure you eat healthily.

You won't lose that much, you're already at a comfortable weight.

I've been here. Honey you have an eating disorder. You need to tell your parents or someone who can get you to a doctor. You should be eating 1800- 2500 a day especially if you are working out. The only thing you are losing by this lifestyle is muscle mass- not fat(not like you have any anyway) enjoy life be a teenager eat Icecream trust me you will regret you didn't

It doesn't seem like a lot but it depends what you are eating. If you eat a lot of vegetables then that is okay.
