Transferring game data from iPhone 4 to iPhone 5?

I want to transfer all the game data from my iPhone 4 to the iPhone 5 (when it comes out).Is it possible?
And I'm talking about in-game data, not just the actual games/syncing. It would be nice if someone could explain how to do it or a post a link to something that does.

In the screenshot the background is purple and there's a character jumping from one platform to another with a flaming sword.
