Trouble with activating my new iphone?
I was trying to activate my dad's iphone. And he doesn't have an email so when i turned on the phone, i pressed skip when the page to enter or create an itunes account came up. So then the phone turned on so i went to att.com/activations to try to activate it but it says that it couldn't because an iphone has to be connected to itunes. So i made him an email and an itunes account. But it still wouldn't work. So i plugged his phone into my computer and restored it. I repeated the steps all over again from the very beginning with the language setting, country, use siri and all those and this time signed into itunes with his username. So hoping that i would be able to activate his phone again, i went to att.com/activations but it said the same thing. Any ideas what to do next? Do I have to go talk to the att people?
If all the steps to register the phone have been done correctly and you can use all features but the phone, then he needs to arrange for AT&T to transfer his phone connection to the iPhone(if CDMA) or insert an active microsim linked to his phone number.

It's recognizing Iphone 5 64gb phone, should I continue activating my phone with the recognized phone? Please help, i don't know what to do, like is this a big deal that it recognize my iphone as 64gb not 16?

- Just bought a iPhone 4s on ee having trouble activating sim? Tmobile site is asking for 14 digit sim serial and my card pack only has 12 digit serial. no 14 digits anywhere on the pack, even the digits written on the sim are only 12. please help can't even call 150 to make a top up, full reception and 3g showing.
- Imessenger isn't activating on iPhone 4? I just got a new iPhone 4 (not 4s) and imessenger and FaceTime don't activate. It's a nightmare! Iv tried everything on forums etc from resets through iTunes to changing the date and time but I'm bored after trying for 3 hours. Does anyone know the magic cure for this?
