True Life: My iPhone gives me anxiety attacks?

Like I'm forreal.

I'm that teenager that is always on her phone like all the time. When I'm on it, it is easy for me to spend 3 hours non stop on it, without getting a single text message. I just don't put it down, like I almost can't. I'm just so technology influenced that it even makes me nervous when I have it, especially when I'm trying to do school work.
Yesterday, I started my homework at 6pm, went on my phone until 9pm. I got off of it a couple times, only to go back on my phone seconds later. I just go from Twitter to Instagram, even when nothing happens. I legit feel like I have a serious problem.

So as a resolution, I decided to not look, touch, or use my phone for the entire school week. Last night (Sunday) I put it in one of my drawers that is full of a bunch of crap and now it's Monday night. I'm getting all of my school work done and I don't feel as anxious anymore. It's such a great feeling. I'm going to try and last until Friday morning of without looking at it.

Along with not looking at my phone, I'm staying away from all social networking sites where I can be contacted by friends and acquaintances (twitter, instagram, facebook). The only sites I'm using are sites for school and tumblr because none of my friends have it.

This is a definite needed break.

Frankly speaking, the same thing happens to me also. I'm now seriously in search of a highly reliable, trustworthy and wise Guide to take me forward in right steps.
