Turtle Beach X12 HDMI Audio Out?

This is going to be specific. You will need a Sony bravia 55 in LCD TV. Ok, so my Xbox is connected to HDMI Port 3 so when I go on inputs it appears as HDMI 3. I want to connect my Turtle Beach X12's to the HDMI Audio Out, but I can't find it on any blueprints. I haven't been able to check the actual tv because it's hanging up on the wall and would be a waste to get it off for cheap headphones. So can someone help/guide me to the HDMI 3 Audio Out L/R on the BACK PANEL. Thanks. Sorry for any grammar/ spelling errors. Writing on iPhone.

There probably isn't one. There may be a stereo analog out for any A/V input. The most likely is a coaxial or Toslink out. If the most likely is the case, you need an audio DAC. If it is just for the Xbox, you likely can use its A/V cable for analog audio out.

You need to get a manual for your TV to be sure what it has, and where.

  • Turtle Beach XP500 Presets and Bluetooth? I've been trying to use my XP500s as regular headphones with my iPhone via bluetooth and getting them to sound better using the preset feature. However, not matter what I do to the presets, the headset doesn't seem to sound any different. Do the presets not affect the bluetooth/bluetooth without the receiver in range? Would I be better off just buying actual headphones(Sennheiser 419/229s)?
