Unknown contacts and photos appearing in my new iphone?
I just bought a 5s on amazon. The phone came in new, sealed, and obviously no signs of use. When I turned the phone on and insert the sim card, it only asked me to setup the Wi-Fi and activated the phone. Then I found lots of preinstalled apps, a bunch of unknown contacts, and lots of pictures (most of them were from 2015!). What the funk happened? I'm an android guy and ios is new to me… Please help!

You git a nicely repackaged phone in shrink wrap (easy to do with a shrink wrap and a hair dryer). Contact the seller for a refund or exchange.
- Unknown iPhone passcode set by unknown person? A passcode has been set on my iPhone without me knowing, now it is locked up. It says here to connect it to my computer and back up then restore my iPhone. Will this clear everything off my phone or will it be the same as it was before it got locked? I have only attempted unlocking it about 5 times in fear of disabling it. I do not want to back up then restore it if it will clear everything off and transfer it to the computer. Are there any alternatives to unlocking my iPhone?
- People I don't know appearing in iPhone 4s contacts? I have an iPhone 4s, and I just looked in my contacts and found a bunch of contacts that I've never added. It shows their names and numbers, and I don't know any of these people. Does someone else have their contacts connected to mine somehow? I don't use iCloud, by the way.
- I've restored my iPhone 6s plus to factory settings, and set up as a new phone but my photos and contacts are still there? I'm trying to get it out of stuck in headphones mode, I've tried everything else, so the man in Apple shop. Said to restore it to a brand new phone, which I have done but my photos are still there and my contacts, texts and music have gone though?
- How to transfer photos, text mssgs and contacts from old iphone4s to new iphone 4s? I've got an iphone 4s but i dropped and its cracked so I bought a new one, I want to transfer everything from that phone including texts, pics and contacts to the new one as it is in the old one. I've tried connecting it to itunes but it back all the old apps and old numbers but no text messages or pics.
