Unlock and Jailbreak iPhone 4?

Can someone help me Unlock and Jailbreak iPhone 4 I don't want to pay for the service since I know its possible to do it free. Any info will be appreciate it.

You can check your iOS by going to Settings>General>About>Version

if you are running iOS 6.1.3 then you can't jailbreak. If it is below 6.1.3 then visit isthereajailbreak.com for how to jailbreak.
