Unlock AT&T iPhone 4s for use on Verizon network?
Okay so with the release of the iPhone 5 coming very soon I have decided to sell my iPhone 4s to a friend. He currently has verizon and my iphone is at&t i have been looking all over the internet for a solution to unlock my iphone for use on verizon, but every result is the opposite of what I search (i.e. CDMA (verizon) to GSM (at&t) unlock)
My question is, if i buy a GEVEY Ultra S sim will it allow my iphone 4s to be used on the verizon network? If not, what other options do i have?
please don't just say no you can't please give detail as just saying no helps no one.
Not possible. The AT&T iPhone is only configured to do GSM. You can't use it on Verizon at all. Your friend would have to use it on AT&T or another GSM network if it's unlocked, such as T-Mobile.
No way. It is not possible still. You can't access a CDMA SIM through GSM mobile. Anyway you can still unlock your AT&T iPhone 4S through remote unlocking method. This method of unlocking is safe, simple and affordable. You can get the remote unlocking for an iPhone 4S from http://www.unlocking4u.com/apple-iphone-4s/rs6wp9/ at affordable cost with easy unlocking instructions.
- Is there any way I can use an AT&T iPhone 4 on the Verizon network? My friend just got the new iPhone 5 and my old phone broke so he gave me his old iPhone 4. The problem is he has the iPhone 4 from AT&T and my plan is with Verizon. I've heard its possible to unlock the phone free by calling AT&T since his 2 year contract is up with that phone, so that it can be used by any carrier. However I know AT&T uses sim cards and Verizon doesn't. Is there ANY way I can use this phone with Verizon? I have no other options for a new phone.
- Is it possible to use an AT&T iPhone on Verizon Network? I'm wondering if it is possible to use an iPhone from AT&T on the Verizon Network. My coworker has an old one and is willing to give it to me but I'm not sure if I could use it on Verizon since I do not want to switch to AT&T. I read something that said it was impossible from T-Mobile to Verizon but I didn't know if it was the same with AT&T.
- I have an unlocked AT&T iPhone 5, can I use it on the verizon network? Verizon iPhone 5's do have SIM cards, but I saw where the networks are different something about a gsm and a CDMA network. I want to be able to use it on verizon
- I clicked 'Forget this Network' on the Wi-Fi network, and I need to use that network? I'm on iPhone 4, with iOS 6, and like I mentioned, it was an accident and I need to use that network!
