Unlock iPhone 4S from network?
I've recently bought an iPhone 5 so I've decided to give my old 4S to a friend as her phone is somewhat knackered.
The 4S is currently locked to the Three (3) network, is there any way to unlock it without asking the network? The phone is jailbroken but I can't use cydia to unlock it as the sim is smaller in the 5. I know I can get a converter for the sim but I'm not sure if the sim would work in it anyway.

- Wi-Fi on iPhone keeps saying unable to join network (my network name)? How can I fix this! It's been like this for a week but it works on my laptop fine. - Looking for a way to evenly share network speed in a house network? So my problem is that I play games online, that need a good ping. Whenever anyone from any other computer goes to load a video on youtube in a high quality, it takes up all the speed, gives me more than 400 ping and just pretty much cuts everyone else out. Is there a way to share the network evenly between every user? Our download speed is about 6mb/s, so if we have 4 active users, i'd like it to share it like 1.5mb/s each.
