Unresponsive iPhone 5s touchscreen?
It is not damaged in any shape way or form, I treat it like a baby. Am I covered? I can't even turn it off to reset it. Is this a common problem with the S's?
I think the phone just froze. Try holding down the power button and the home button simultaneously, and see what happens. Otherwise, the phone will eventually run out of battery. When your phone runs out of battery, charge it; then see if it will freeze on you.
Depends, did you get a warranty. Ask the person who bought the phone for you. Or, you could always check with your phone service carrier.
Press and hold the power button and the sleep button simultaneously for 10 secs and see if it works. It might also be that you're running low on RAM, try closing your apps frequently.
You should just restart your phones

- Why will my iphone touchscreen work only sometimes? I've tried resetting it that didn't help.shut it off and turned it back on that didn't help either.
