Gift ideas for 13year old?
So my 12yr old sister is turning 13 tomorrow and I haven't gotten her a gift yet. She is very mature for her age so nothing silly. She is also kinda a tomboy. She doesn't go for makeup up or designer clothes or anything. She isn't extremely girly in that way, although she does collect dolls (Monster high and American girl mostly) She loves Disney and Mermaids in preticular.
My price range is about $30-$40
She has an iPhone 4 (no electronics) and also we have guinea pigs so no animals. (I know that's out of the price range anyways. Just wanted to make it clear that it isn't an option)
I don't just want to get her candy or anything but at the same time I can't afford the newest doll she asked for. Please help!
(P.S. I know I said she's mature but also collects dolls and I mean exactly that, COLLECTS. Not plays, so please don't comment on that)
