Weak signal with EE can I cancel upgrade within 7 days?
My old phone was broken so now I've done an early upgrade through Phones4U to an IPhone 5 on saturday, with a 24 month contract. Now I have realised that the signal is very weak (1 bar, 2 at most), and I'm seriously considering returning the phone, as the contract is very expensive. Would this be because of the phone or the carrier? And I was wondering if I could cancel the contract as it has only been 3 days? Does anyone know what Phones4U's policy is for returning upgrades? I would be extremely grateful if anyone can answer these questions as soon as possible, because if I can return it, I would need to do so VERY soon.
